pINTEREST : SUCCESS STORIES
Context: Working as the French Language Lead for Pinterest, I was asked to work with the Marketing department to write engaging success stories in order to highlight Pinterest values to advertisers.
Goal: Pinterest wanted to highlight results from its actual clients in order to showcase its efficiency as a full-funnel platform.
Tasks:
Creating a new case studies format, shorter and clearer
Analyzing datas from marketing campaigns to focus on 3 key figures
Writing engaging articles according to the new format
Writing social media posts to promote the articles
indeed : seo articles
Context: Since 2017, Indeed website contains a Career Guide that works a blog to provide ideas and guidance about jobs. I worked during 3 years on this project (2021-23) as a copywriter and senior-editor.
Goal: Indeed was looking for SEO optimized long articles (1500 words) in order to increase its traffic.
Tasks:
Writing long format articles according to specific guidelines (keywords, metatags, internal linking, structure...)
Editing other copywriter’s articles in order to meet the instructions and to improve readability.
notion : success stories
Context: I was asked to work with the Marketing department to write engaging success stories in order to highlight Pinterest values to advertisers
Goal: Following its localization in French, Notion wanted to highlight its various features and main French corporate clients, in order to gain visibility and to attract new users.
Tasks:
Interviewing professional Notion users in order to discover their company use of the tools (45 mn).
Creating a draft highlighting 4 key usages.
After approval, writing articles according to a specific structure in 5 parts, providing titles, quotes, and illustrations.
marriott : editorial article
Context: Working as the French Language Lead for Marriott, and passionate about basketball, I was asked to use my journalist experience to craft a unique article.
Goal: Marriott Bonvoy and Courtyard wanted to highlight their sponsorship of the Paris Basket Club and promote their related Moment experience: VIP seats for a game and a night in one of their Parisian property.
Tasks:
Creating questions about Passions (Courtyard’s focus) and Travels
Interviewing 3 French basketball players during a Media day (30 mn)
Writing a long article without any specific brief (editorial approach)
PETIT FUTé: TRAVEL WRITER
Context: Looking for new opportunities in the Travel area, I was hired by the French guides Petit Futé to collaborate to the Var and Provence editions in 2023 and 2024.
Goal: Since their creation in 1976, these French guides are doing their best to provide accurate information from local writers. Born in Bandol, I went back in this area for two years in a row.
Tasks:
Checking the information provided in order to update the Guide and the website.
Testing some local places and activities.
Writing new reviews (restaurants, bars, hotels, leisures, etc.) according to my knowledge and my own experience.
Rewriting some descriptions and touristic information.
